I had a terrible experience with this tire shop. Last Thursday, I purchased a used tire and a rim for my Ford Fusion, and I paid a total of $155. Everything seemed fine at first, but just one week later, after driving only a short distance to my son’s therapy session, the tire suddenly blew out. I went back to the shop expecting them to stand behind the product they sold me. Instead, I was told I had to pay full price for another tire. What made the experience even worse was the owner’s attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire conversation. He repeatedly told me that because I’m 27 years old, I don’t know anything about tires, while reminding me that he’s 63 and has been in the business for over 30 years. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to help resolve the issue, he spoke down to me, made disrespectful hand gestures, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I’m not saying every used tire will last forever, but when a tire fails after only one week, I would expect some effort to make it right or at least treat a customer with respect. Unfortunately, I received neither. I have filed a police report regarding this incident because

If I could give zero stars I would. These are fake reviews I purchased a tire from him I went to take it to get it installed he didn’t tell me it had a hole in the side. I called to let him know he started getting defensive and hostile and argumentative stating that it’s as is I never even put the tire on my car these tires are not even worth $70+ dollars, mind you I’m 7 months pregnant and he saw that! Left me stuck with a $70 plus. Smh please don’t do business with people that don’t honor their business. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

My mom was visiting from out of town and caught a nail in her tire on the way to my house. Fortunately, I noticed it was going flat as I helped her unload. Unfortunately, it was 615 pm and everywhere I could think to go for a repair had already closed. After a quick google search of nearby options, I was happy to find Amerigos shop with great reviews. He was helping someone else when we arrived, but he got to us quickly and had repaired and reinflated her tire in 15 minutes. It’s crazy because I’ve probably driven by his shop 100 times before but never realized it was there (you can just barely see it from the street because it is down the hill), but it’s definitely where I will go next time I’m in need. Great work, great customer service, and great price!!

Mr. Deshon always take care of all of my vehicles! I recommend him to anyone looking to getting services done. He’s polite, professional, and the most helpful for our vehicles needs. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I cannot recommend Amerigo enough! Since November 2025, I’ve unfortunately had to deal with four flat tires, and every single time the owner and team have taken amazing care of me. They’ve repaired or replaced all four tires quickly and professionally, and their customer service has been truly exceptional throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find businesses that are this reliable, honest, and genuinely caring toward their customers. They’ve turned a stressful situation into such an easy experience every time. Highly recommend Amerigo if you want great service and people you can trust!
